Restricted access
This system overcomes the restrictions of hard-to-access areas within the rail environment. It can be used on or off the track and in challenging access conditions away from the rail environment (see rhs image).

Reaction force
There is ample reaction force with the CPT rams weighing 2.2 metric tonnes, and the excavator providing the remaining weight (total reaction force varies with the excavator size).
Reach
The reach is dependant on the safe working limits of the excavator. Excavator specifics are provided on a 'project by project' basis.
